Within a very short span of time Unifrutti has made huge forays into the domestic fruit segment, the company owns plantations and leases orchards for an entire range of fresh fruits.

Banana
The humble banana got a special makeover through Unifrutti’s global experience. Modern retail chains are very fond of Unifrutti banana which is unblemished and uniformly ripened. Banana is being supplied to Delhi and Mumbai retail market with great success.
Great care and planning goes into presenting the perfect banana – Unifrutti experts spend a lot of time on selection of the site based on soil, water and climatic conditions, cultivation of plants is done with utmost care. Once the fruit is formed, bunches are tagged for harvesting in a scientific manner at the optimum size and color, great care goes into packing the fruit which is ripened at various facilities across the nation using International best practices.
Grapes
Unifrutti introduced punnet and pouch packed Thomson seedless, Sharad seedless, Sonaka green and Sonaka black varieties which are much appreciated by discerning customers. Great research goes into ensuring that the berry sizes are perfect and sugar level is optimum when the fruit is harvested from the well-nourished vines.
Pomegranates
Bhagwa variety of this super fruit from the Unifrutti stable is very well accepted in all regions of the country with a year round supply. The fruit is graded for size and packaged with care to ensure a long shelf life.
Apples
Unifrutti India has made substantial investments in the Apple CA storage as well as packing and grading facilities in the Kashmir Region. Coupled with best practices adopted from our global experiences – from agronomy inputs, harvesting, handling and post harvest practices - this facility is expected to evolve as the most efficient facility and therefore a boon to the region and trade. The apple team acquired training in handling practices from international experts and
standardized 20 kg packing for domestic apples. World class apple sorting, grading lines are used to grade apples on the basis of color and size and packed in recyclable trays based on counts.
Apple season in India lasts from August to February. The fruit starts arriving from Himachal and Kashmir in August, and once the fresh supplies are over, the market are fed from the cold stores which run out by February. Unifrutti has made substantial investments in CA storage within the growing regions to map availability throughout the year.
Kinnow
New benchmarks in sorting, grading and packing helped us position this commodity of a product at a premium to other offerings in the markets across the country. Additionally Unifrutti introduced a value added packaging variant in the form of a 2 kg net pack which was very well accepted by the trade.
